Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Marrakech – Warm Welcome and Transfer to Hotel
Upon your arrival at Marrakech airport, you will be greeted by our dedicated team and escorted to your riad or hotel nestled within the medina. Depending on your arrival time, you may begin to immerse yourself in the vibrant Red City, exploring its traditional markets and bustling squares.

Day 2: Guided Tour of Marrakech – Gardens, Palaces, and the Medina
After breakfast, embark on a guided journey through Marrakech’s most iconic historical and cultural landmarks, including:
The Koutoubia Mosque, a symbol of the city
The Bahia Palace, a masterpiece of Moroccan architecture
The Saadian Tombs, a testament to past grandeur
The intricate maze of the medina and its lively souks
The tranquil Majorelle Garden (optional)
The afternoon is at your leisure to stroll through the famed Jemaa el-Fna Square, savor a tea on a terrace, or lose yourself in the vibrant alleys teeming with life.

Day 3: Marrakech – High Atlas – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Dades Valley
Begin your adventure southward, crossing the High Atlas via the Tizi n’Tichka pass. Along the way, pause to admire the breathtaking mountain vistas and visit argan oil cooperatives.
Arrive at the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Ben Haddou, where you will wander through its adobe alleys. Continue to Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of Africa,” and finally venture into the Dades Valley, passing through the Rose Valley.
Dinner and overnight in a traditional riad.
Day 4: Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Merzouga (Erg Chebbi)
After breakfast, head to the Todra Gorges, where towering rock walls soar up to 300 meters, offering an ideal setting for walking and photography.
Proceed towards the desert, passing villages such as Tinjdad, Erfoud, and Rissani until you reach Merzouga. Here, you will leave the vehicle behind to mount a dromedary and traverse the Erg Chebbi dunes at sunset.
Arrive at a luxurious Berber camp, where you will enjoy a traditional dinner, live music, and an unforgettable night beneath the stars.
Overnight in a desert haima.
Day 5: Merzouga – Khamlia – Nomads – Oasis – Rissani
Rise early to witness the sunrise over the dunes. Afterwards, return by dromedary or 4×4 to your lodging for breakfast.
Spend the day exploring the desert surroundings: visit Khamlia, renowned for its Gnawa music, a nomadic village, a hidden oasis, and the fossil mines near Rissani.
Overnight in a riad in Merzouga.
Day 6: Merzouga – Ziz Valley – Middle Atlas – Ifrane – Fez
Journey northward through the Ziz Valley, an expansive palm oasis nestled between rugged canyons. Traverse the Middle Atlas, stopping in Midelt for lunch.
In the afternoon, visit Azrou, home to cedar forests and Barbary macaques, then continue to Ifrane, often called the “Little Switzerland of Morocco” for its European-style architecture.
Conclude the day in Fez, where you will spend the night.
Day 7: Guided Tour of Fez – Heritage and Tradition
Dedicate the day to exploring Fez, Morocco’s oldest spiritual and cultural city. Highlights include:
The Medina of Fez el-Bali, the largest in the Islamic world
Al Quaraouiyine University, the oldest university worldwide

Day 8: Fez – Airport or Return to Marrakech
Depending on your travel plans, you will be transferred to Fez airport for your departure flight or return to Marrakech by road, optionally including an additional overnight stop en route.
