Itinerary: 10 days from Casablanca
Day 1: Casablanca – Rabat – Meknes
The journey begins in Casablanca, where you’ll visit the stunning Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest and most beautiful in the world.
We continue to Rabat, the administrative capital of Morocco, to explore key landmarks such as:
Kasbah of the Udayas
Hassan Tower
Mausoleum of Mohammed V
The day ends in Meknes, an imperial city known for its impressive walls and monumental Bab Mansour gate.
Overnight in Meknes.
Day 2: Meknes – Volubilis – Fez
In the morning, visit the Roman ruins of Volubilis, one of Morocco’s most significant archaeological sites and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
We then head to Fez, where you’ll settle in and prepare for a deep dive into this ancient city’s rich culture.
Overnight in Fez.
Day 3: Fez – Imperial and Cultural Capital
A full day to discover the medina of Fez, a labyrinth of history and tradition. Main visits include:
Bou Inania Madrasa
Al Quaraouiyine University (the oldest in the world)
Traditional souks
Artisan workshops
An immersive experience into the culture, history, and spiritual heritage of Morocco.

Day 4: Fez – Ifrane – Midelt – Ziz Valley
We leave Fez early and travel through the Middle Atlas Mountains. First stop:
Ifrane, known as the “Switzerland of Morocco”
Then the cedar forest of Azrou, home to Barbary macaques
Continue via Midelt, a highland town between the Atlas ranges
We finish the day in the lush Ziz Valley, an oasis of palm trees and traditional Berber villages.

Day 5: Ziz Valley – Erfoud – Merzouga
From the valley, we travel toward Erfoud, the gateway to the Sahara Desert, and continue to Merzouga.
In the afternoon, begin your camel ride into the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi at sunset.
Enjoy dinner and a star-filled night in a traditional Berber desert camp.
Day 6: Sunrise in the Desert – Rissani – Todra Gorges
Wake early to admire the sunrise over the dunes. Return to camp for breakfast, then visit Rissani, a historic town with a bustling traditional market.
We continue to the spectacular Todra Gorges, a dramatic canyon with cliffs over 300 meters high.
Overnight in a hotel or kasbah near the gorges.
Day 7: Todra Gorges – Dades Valley
Explore the scenic Dades Valley, often called the “Valley of a Thousand Kasbahs”, featuring unique rock formations and picturesque villages.
Free time for hiking or cultural visits.
Overnight in a traditional guesthouse.
Day 8: Dades Valley – Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou
We travel to Ouarzazate, Morocco’s cinematic capital and gateway to the desert. Visit:
Taourirt Kasbah
Continue to the iconic Ait Ben Haddou, a fortified village and UNESCO World Heritage Site featured in Gladiator, Game of Thrones, and more.
Overnight in a hotel or riad near Ait Ben Haddou.
Day 9: Ait Ben Haddou – Tizi n’Tichka Pass – Marrakech
Ascend the scenic Tizi n’Tichka mountain pass (2,260m) through the High Atlas Mountains, enjoying stunning panoramic views.
Arrive in Marrakech, where you’ll explore the famous Jemaa el-Fna Square and get a first taste of the city’s vibrant atmosphere.
Overnight in Marrakech.
Day 10: Marrakech – City of Colors and Contrasts
A full day dedicated to exploring the best of Marrakech with visits to:
